Login to your account. Next look for "track your recent order" to the right click "view all" to see order history. Then click "view order" and your order will open up in a new window and next you will click on the green tab "Add New RMA". Then a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) will automatically be generated. Within 24-48 hours you will receive a return address with instructions you will need to prepare your item(s) for shipment. Pack the item(s) to be returned securely in the original carton. Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number, the RMA number and the reason for the return. Also note what you would like done (refund, new product shipped, etc.). On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate address as per instructions that were emailed to you by customer service. Make sure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either UPS or Insured United States Postal Service. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and also make the credit process go much quicker. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
