What is my shipping cost?

 

We designed our shipping options to be simple, affordable, and free with minimum purchase of $99 or more!  Standard ground shipping is included with all orders, unless otherwise specified. Faster shipping service may be available for an increased additional charge (See Rate Table below for "Express Shipping Options"). Shipping times will vary.  We will provide you with order tracking information once your order has shipped.  Let us know if additional shipping options are important to you, and we'll add services as demand warrants.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier or manufacturer.  If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. Most of our suppliers or manufacturers usually ship products within 2-5 business days.

1. Our site does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. Our site does not currently ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
3. Currently we ship only to the lower 48 states. 
4. Our site may choose to add to, subtract from, or otherwise alter these shipping restrictions at any time.  Shipping may be available for Alaska and Hawaii and for a wider range of countries in the future as well. Check back for any policy changes.

 

Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.  Orders placed before 12:00 noon CST typically enter the shipping system that day.  Although a package may be ready for delivery in the morning, orders do not enter 'shipped' status until the shipping carrier physically picks the package(s) up.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
Overnight and second day shipping options are subject to the Shipping Carrier's pickup cycles and business day limitations.  For example, if you place an order on Wednesday evening and specify second day shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until the following Monday.  In this example, the next available Shipping Carrier's departure is on Thursday evening, and the second day falls on a weekend.  The following Monday is the second day in Shipping Carrier's service terms.

 

FURNITURE AND SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
At OrganicBabyGarden, we know building the perfect nursery is important.  We've put the following policies in effect to ensure continued good relations with our trusted manufacturers who supply us with one-of-a-kind specialty items.

A - Most furniture and other special order items are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex small package.  However, some larger items and multi-item orders are shipped via freight.  Freight is delivered curbside to all residential addresses.  Customers must make arrangements to be onsite for inspection and are responsible to bring items into their residence. Please note any visible damage to the packaging with the carrier prior to signing for the items.  If there is visible damage to the furniture itself, refuse delivery and contact OrganicBabyGarden as soon as possible.

B - In the event that you need to return furniture or special order items, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the cost to return the item to us, as well as the cost of shipping the item to you.

C - Once the furniture item has been shipped from the manufacturer, even if you have not received it, you will be responsible for round-trip freight costs should you decide to refuse delivery.

D - We do our best to provide accurate lead times for furniture and special order items.  Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our suppliers.  In the event of a shipping delay, OrganicBabyGarden will notify you promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
